How long have you been in business?
Our local store in Thousand Oaks opened in March of 2000.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service jewelry retailers. We sell fine jewelry, bridal engagement rings, wedding bands and also a wonderful collection of everyday sterling silver fashion jewelry. Our primary services are jewelry and watch repair, and we do everything on the premise.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a second generation jeweler, my interest begun when I was a child watching my father run his business. I have over 25 years experience in the industry and it was 14 years ago that I decided to open my own business in the heart of Thousand Oaks.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Three main factors separate us from our competition. One, we specialize in custom design jewelry; we work with our customers to create the piece they want, the way they want it and we do the modeling on a 3D software helping the customers view their piece before it's even created. Two, we take great pride in being very meticulous in every work we do, repair or design, we make sure we give quality work. And finally, we do it all on the premise. We don't send anything out to third party.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and yes eventually we would like to expand.

We are located on Thousand Oaks Bldv, corner of Skyline Drive. We are right in the Oaks Plaza one street east of Hampshire Rd.

We accept credit card, cheks and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We have been serving Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Malibu. Conejo Valley in general.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a family owned jewelry retailers. I work with my wife and we have an expert jeweler and watch repairman on site.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. During Holiday Season, we also open Sundays and Mondays.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I feel I have done my job well, when I am told that I was helpful, kind and did a great job on any given work that has come my way. Seeing my customers leave with a smile on their face.
